100-Year-Old Indiana Woman Gets High School Diploma

One thing I have come to understand in this life is the fact that whatever you put your mind to, you would succeed if the determination is there and this is the story of 100 years Lora Lois LeMond White Hardy of Indiana who received her High School Diploma 82 years after she left High School with just four credits to graduate.

In 1933, she had to leave school because her dad got sick and she had to get a job just to survive, she did the job for more than 40 years and retired in 1976. After 82 years, Hardy finally got her Diploma Certificate during the Anderson Community Schools board of trustees meeting, “She has stated that her biggest regret in life is that she was not able to complete high school and earn her diploma, She has no regrets now” Superintendent Terry Thompson said during the ceremony. They had a special ceremony for her graduation, “I knew I was going to get the diploma, but I had no idea it would be all this” Hardy said.
I would say she deserve all the celebration because getting a Diploma after 82 years aint easy, it only shows how committed she was and proves that it is never too late to do anything!!!!!!!!!
