THE REALITY OF “LA ILAHA ILLALLAH MUHAMMAD-UR-RASUIL-ALLAH" PART ONE

I have come to understand that most people who embrace Islam don't really understand the reality of the first principle of Islam which is La Ilaha Illallah Muhammad-Ur-Rasuil-Allah (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad SAW is the Messenger of Allah). I have written this article to educate every Muslim and any other person who might want to embrace Islam on the true reality of this fundamental principle of Islam.
For a better understanding of the statement “La Ilaha Illallah Muhammad-ur-Rasuil-Allah” (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad SAW is the Messenger of Allah) I would explain it in three part, the first part would be discussed today and the rest shall follow next week. Allah shall increase your wisdom and understanding as your read (AMEN).
First Part
A.   It is that, you have to pledge a covenant with Allah, the Creator of the heavens and earth, the Ruler of all that exist, the lord of Majesty and Highness. Your pledge has to be done base on this four point
POINT I: A confession with your heart that the Creator is Allah; you have to say “I testify that the Creator of all the universe including the stars, the planet, the heavens and the earth and every other thing be it with a form of life or not, is ALLAH.  It is HE who gives Life and Death, and HE is the Sustainer and the Giver of Security”. By saying this, what you have done exactly is the confession to “Tauhid-ar-Rububiyyah” (The Oneness of the Lordship of Allah)
POINT II: A confession with your heart that “None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone”. You need to understand that the word Worship means that; all kinds of worship are meant for Allah alone (not a Prophet, an Angel or a Deity), so let all your prayer be directed to no other person but Allah alone.
You must do what Allah has order you to do, Forbid what Allah has asked you to forbid and that you mankind created by Allah worship none but Allah alone. This confession is known as the Tauhid-al-Uluhiyyah (the oneness of the worship of Allah)
POINT III: A confession with your heart saying “Oh Allah! I testify that all the best of names and the most perfect qualities with which You have named or qualified Yourself with in Your Book or as Your Messenger as qualified You with in his statement, I believe that all those names are for You without changing their meaning or likening them to others”. Allah Himself says that “There is nothing like unto Him and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer” (V 42:11). This verse confirms that Allah is indeed the Master of All, as he has the power to hear and see things no one else can see or hear (Allahu Akbar). Another verse that confirms the superiority of Allah is this “The most Gracious rose over the Throne in a manner that suits Him”. The Throne is in the seventh heaven and that why if we are asked where is Allah we all point up to the sky or say heaven, Allah also comes down to us over the first heaven during the last third part of every night and also on the day of Arafah, as mentioned by the Prophet. Allah his with us by His Knowledge not by His Personal self like some people would say “Allah is present everywhere”. Allah sees and hears all that we do and utter and your confession to this is known as “Tauhid-al-Asmawas-Sifat (Oneness of the Names and Qualities of Allah)
POINT IV: A confession with your heart saying “O Allah! I testify that Muhammad is Your Messenger”. This means that none has the right to be followed AFTER Allah but the Prophet Muhammad (saw) and he his indeed the last of His Messenger. Allah said that “Muhammad is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the last of the Prophet. And Allah is the Ever All-Aware of everything” (V.33:40).
No other person should be called a prophet of Allah because all the Divine revelation stopped after the death of Prophet Muhammad (saw) and will not resume except at the time of the Descent of Isa (Jesus) and he will rule with justice according to the Islamic laws during the last day of the world as it has been mentioned in the authentic Hadith (Sahih-Al-Bukhari, Vol.3 No. 425).
This would be where I draw the curtain on the first part of the reality of La Ilaha Illallah Muhammad-Ur-Rasuil-Allah (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad SAW is the Messenger of Allah), as you have read this I pray that Allah the Almighty would increase your Faith and make you Steadfast in Islam (AMEN).
